MVM (metal-lined): High-chrome wet end for abrasive sump and pit dewatering with coarse solids. MVR (rubber-lined): Elastomer wet end for corrosive sump duties and fine abrasive slurries.
The Matec MVM is a vertical cantilever slurry pump for abrasive sump, pit dewatering and tank transfer duties. It matches Warman® SP dimensions and needs no submerged bearings or seals in the liquid.
The Matec MVR is the rubber-lined version of the MVM, matching Warman® SP(R) dimensions. It is preferred for corrosive sump duties or fine abrasive slurries where elastomer wear life is superior.
Applications: Abrasive sump and pit dewatering, Tank and floor drainage in concentrators, Mill scale and coarse solids transfer, Tailings pond recirculation.
Applications: Corrosive sump and chemical drainage, Fine abrasive slurry pit dewatering, Flotation and leaching sumps, Acidic process water handling.
