MHM / MHR Horizontal Slurry Pump

The Matec MHM is a heavy-duty horizontal centrifugal slurry pump built for the most abrasive mining duties. It is dimensionally interchangeable with the Warman® AH series and is the metal-lined standard for coarse, high-density slurries.

The Matec MHR is the rubber-lined counterpart of the MHM, dimensionally interchangeable with the Warman® AHR series. Its elastomer wet end is optimised for corrosive or fine-particle duties where rubber delivers longer wear life than high-chrome.

Applications: Mill discharge and cyclone feed in concentrators, Tailings transfer and thickener underflow, Primary sand and coarse solids pumping, High-density abrasive slurries in copper, iron and gold processing.

Applications: Acidic or corrosive tailings and process water, Fine coal, phosphate and kaolin slurries, Flotation and leaching circuits with low pH, Fine-solids transfer where impact is low but corrosion is high.
