MLM (metal-lined): A05 high-chrome. Best for light-duty, mildly abrasive transfer where a heavy-duty frame would be oversized. MLR (rubber-lined): Natural rubber R55 / R26. Best for light-duty corrosive or fine-slurry services.
The Matec MLM is a light-duty, space-saving horizontal slurry pump for fine to medium solids in mineral processing and auxiliary services. It is dimensionally interchangeable with the Warman® L series.
The Matec MLR is the rubber-lined version of the MLM, matching Warman® L(R) dimensions. It is selected for light-duty corrosive or fine-particle duties where an elastomer wet end is more economical.
Applications: Light-duty horizontal process transfer, Water flushing and gland service, Fine to medium solids auxiliary lines, Small concentrator and pilot plants.
Applications: Light-duty corrosive slurry transfer, Fine solids and process water circuits, Flotation and tailings auxiliaries, Pilot-plant and mobile installations.
