A 450 series pump with expeller seal arrangement held dilution within plant target on copper concentrate transfer.
A copper concentrator needed a reliable concentrate transfer pump. Excessive gland water was diluting the final product and affecting downstream filtration performance.
We supplied a high-chrome metallic wet end with an expeller-type seal arrangement to minimise gland-water dilution of the concentrate product. Material certificates and dimensional reports were provided with the shipment.
Stable concentrate transfer at 1,200–1,500 m³/h with dilution held within plant target. The solution moved to repeat orders.
