Materials Specification

Polyurethane grades matched to tramp-material and erosion duty.

PU Grade	Description & Application
U38	Erosion-resistant polyurethane performing well in applications troubled by tramp materials. It features high tear strength and tensile strength for excellent tramp resistance. U38 works great for tailings, flotation and leach duties, though its general erosion resistance is not as good as natural rubber.
U02	Erosion-resistant polyurethane suitable for elastomer applications with tramp material issues. It delivers reliable tramp resistance thanks to high tear strength and tensile strength.

Quality assurance. Polyurethane parts are cast and cured to close tolerance with hardness and tensile checks per batch. Material certificates are available on request.
